How's it going? Its been a while!

Lots of things personally have been going on. Moving house, new jobs etc.

With everything going on, its been hard to muster up the enthusiasm to do much game development in general. However, I've been feeling the itch (pun intended) lately, and managed to fix a BUNCH of bugs.

Why so many bugs? Well I implemented a new email system in game! Then fixed up a bunch of systems which showed up more bugs... So the cycle continues!

I also got around to adding a settings menu, and hopefully can push for more customisation to the game :)

Many of the work was done earlier on in the year, but I'm so glad I'm able to come back and continue on developing.

What I will say is that I have completely fleshed out the story now, so its just implementing that when I can. 
(Maybe add a few more systems should I get bored 👀 )

But, without further ado, here's the patch notes!

    - settings menu! FINALLY change those graphics and audio settings ❤️ 

    - loading screen 📺 - keep pressing space to get a celebration for hitting the /nice/ number!

    - added a disclaimer on booting up the game

    - more files and folders to look through!

    - 🤖 upgraded to Godot 4.5

    Fixes:

    - all images now display correctly

    - a cheat command output can now be skipped

    - pause menu crashing the game after hitting continue

    - logout not working as intended

    - game no longer freezes when clicking the "login" button with no username and password

    - game no longer crashes when closing the window on the loading screens
